Jacksonville Ranks Third Highest of Major MSAs

Tenant demand was robust through the end of 2017 as leasing activity surpassed 1.3 million square feet.  We ended the year with 271,331 square feet of positive absorption and 205,857 square feet under construction.  Cushman & Wakefield expects the office market to trend positively with further growth in the rental rates and occupancy levels in 2018.
