1st Quarter Market Stats
The Jacksonville market had slightly negative absorption during the first quarter, but don’t fret yet! There were several deals that signed in the last quarter of 2016 that have not moved into their space and these will be counted in the second quarter. The market still feels good with decent activity and rates increasing because of the lack of new construction.
