The unemployment rate is so low right now and finding the best talent is hard to find. Your workspace can be one of the reasons someone chooses to work for your company. Top producers and the best talent want to be treated as Rockstars these days.
Everyone has heard about Google’s offices, but lots of other companies are jumping at the chance to be the coolest office in their city. Lately, I’ve had several clients tell me they want to recruit the best and want their office to be better than their competitor.
