When workers do go into the office they want a work environment to complement their work-life experience – and in a place where they feel valued, connected and supported. It’s all about people – and it’s closer than you think.
Significant economic growth led to +21,600 new jobs added to the Jacksonville MSA, decreasing the unemployment rate to 3.6%. Historic highs in asking rental rates and leasing activity remained positive as the area continued to attract new-to-market tenants. Over 1.6 million square feet of space is currently under construction in the market.
